Working in the great outdoors, in an idyllic setting at the foot of the legendary Mont St-Michel, in La Plaine-sur-Mer, or even elsewhere… Sounds good, right? Set sail for an incredible adventure with us, and experience a season like no other alongside our teams at sea! Here, there are no routines, we work to the rhythm of the tide! No two days are ever the same out on the water. Alongside our fishermen, you'll join a united team and become a key contributor to collective success. Just like in sports, you'll share the values of team spirit, determination, and listening to one another. Like to push yourself and like to go the extra mile whilst working with others? What floats your boat?

I love working in an atmosphere that feels like one big family, with a diverse and dynamic team and, above all, people who are passionate about their work. It's not always easy to have to bow to the changing moods of mother nature, adapting to the tides and the weather, but I absolutely love it!
My favorite memory? I was like a big kid on my first fishing outing!

What floats your boat?

I've always wanted to work with nature. I really love that I learn something new everyday, because no two days are ever the same. Our team is really close, and we're always there for each other.
My favorite memory? Every day becomes a favorite memory when I'm out at sea!

What floats your boat?

Working with noble and high-quality seafood, in rhythms dictated by Mother Nature, where no two days are the same… That's what really floats my boat!
My favorite memory? My first overnight fishing trip. I was so excited to fish for mussels in La Plaine-sur-Mer for the first time and to see the fruits of our labor. The only problem? I couldn't see a thing. I stopped, the boat was going off-course… I got lost! I called my colleague, who was a seasoned seafarer with 25 years of experience of these waters, and he guided me to the mussel beds. It was a success, but it had its challenges. We headed back to the port with a well-laden boat, and I was finally able to breathe after that somewhat perilous first fishing trip!
