A mussel that pairs just as well with fries as a fine wine. The Bouchot is best eaten with your hands and a good laugh. Chilled out, there’s no clock-watching, and it’s an experience that’s really good for the soul. Seconds will be a must!

The first to arrive at the party

You can feel it in the air — the sunny season is just around the corner! That means that warm evenings enjoying excellent "moules" with family and friends will soon be here!
Some like to spice them up with curry or chorizo, whilst others prefer more classic, creamy versions… How do you like your "moules"?
Our Bouchot Selection can be enjoyed from the month of May, and can be available up until February. So, you have plenty of time to try it!

In order to guarantee high-quality mussels for you, we carefully select our production watersheds and farming practices, working closely with our partner producers.
We pour all our expertise into offering you shellfish worthy of admiration. As always, it’s within our Maison that our teams put all their efforts and attention into ensuring your satisfaction.
